History of Rocky Duron & Associates

Our founder, Rocky Duron, realized there was a need for a material handling solution in providing an array of industrial products to the end user. His vision was to establish a company that provided industrial products. Rocky Duron & Associates, Inc. began in the garage of his home in 1986. Rocky, along with his son, Ruben, began a journey that today we are one of 2003's Top 500 Hispanic-owned businesses in the United States.
At first, our philosophy was simple. We sold lockers and related products to potential customers with no project considered complete until all clients were fully satisfied. The company grew and we moved within the first 18 months of business. We spent the majority of the next 15 years in a 10,000 sq. ft. office/warehouse. We established ourselves as the name to call when it came to lockers, benches, and related products.
Soon, we realized other opportunities existed within the material-handling products and office solutions such as shelving, storage systems, in-plant offices, corner guards, partitions/accessories and other Division 10 products. In 2003, we moved to a 30,000 sq. ft office/warehouse to allow us to implement these new goals within the Division 10 industry.
We attribute the success we’ve achieved to a hands-on customer service approach that has taken us to a new level.

Mission Statement

We commit ourselves to superior customer service by providing products and services delivered to our customers’ exact specifications. We will continue to earn our customers’ trust and loyalty by exceeding their expectations. The key is to always make our customer number one. This was our philosophy when we started and it remains in place today.
